1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of FixiGo. By joining early access or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
FixiGo is intended for service providers operating in the UK. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws and trade regulations.
3. Subscriptions & Fees
Early access includes six months free, then a subscription of £19/month (inclusive of VAT where applicable). We may change fees with reasonable notice. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
4. Our Rights
- Offers and access to invitations are limited and may be withdrawn at any time.
 - We may suspend, reject, or block any provider for breach, misuse, fraud, non-payment, or risk/safety concerns.
 - We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
 
5. Service Scope
FixiGo is a platform that connects users and providers and facilitates invitations/offers. We do not perform the services and are not a party to agreements between users and providers.
6. Provider Responsibilities
- Keep your profile, trade areas, availability, and certifications accurate and up to date.
 - Maintain required insurance and qualifications for your trade.
 - Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixiGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for work performed by providers. Our total liability related to the service will not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime via notice to us; we may terminate or suspend access for any breach or misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Disputes
We provide in-app tools to support reviews, disputes, and refunds at our discretion according to published policies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
